“If you've been told to "just do your Kegels" or that pelvic floor issues are a normal part of aging, pregnancy, or being a woman, you've been given incomplete information. Pelvic floor dysfunction has a cause, and with my detailed assessment and hands-on care, we can help you. My passion is helping women feel confident and powerful in their bodies.”

Conditions We Treat
From Postpartum Recovery to Chronic Pain, We've Got You
We treat pelvic floor conditions that many people silently live with for years. If something on this list resonates with you, know that you don't have to keep managing it alone.
Urinary Incontinence:
Leaking when you sneeze, laugh, cough, jump, or run. Stress incontinence or urgency that keeps you planning around bathrooms.
Pelvic Pain:
Persistent pain in the pelvis, hips, low back, or tailbone. Pain during or after intercourse. Vulvar or vaginal discomfort that hasn't responded to other treatments.
Postpartum Recovery:
Diastasis recti, C-section scar recovery, pelvic floor weakness after birth, return-to-exercise readiness, and rebuilding core stability from the inside out.
Pelvic Organ Prolapse:
A feeling of heaviness, pressure, or bulging in the pelvic area. Prolapse can be managed and improved with targeted pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Prenatal Pelvic Care:
Preparing your body for labor and delivery. Addressing pregnancy-related low back pain, SI joint dysfunction, and pelvic girdle pain before they become chronic.
Core and Hip Dysfunction:
Persistent hip pain, SI joint instability, core weakness that isn't responding to traditional strengthening. Often connected to unaddressed pelvic floor involvement.
This Isn't Your Standard Pelvic Floor PT
We look at the full picture. Your pelvic floor doesn't work in isolation, and neither should your treatment.
We evaluate pelvic floor function alongside posture, mobility, strength. breathing mechanics, core engagement, scar tissue, and movement patterns. The pelvic floor is part of a system, and we treat it that way.
01: Full-Body Assessment
02: Hands-On Manual Therapy
Every session includes skilled manual techniques targeting your specific areas of restriction, tension, or weakness. This is not a "here's a sheet of exercises" practice. We treat for efficiency and effectiveness to ensure improvements last.
03 Root Cause, Not Just Symptoms
We don't just treat where it hurts. We uncover why it's happening. That might mean looking at your ribcage mobility, your hip alignment, your breathing patterns, or old injuries you thought were unrelated.
You are the only client in the room for your entire session. No aides, no rotating between patients. Dr. Noora's full attention, the entire time.
What to Expect
Your First Pelvic Floor PT Visit
We know this can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first time. Here's exactly what happens so there are no surprises.
01 Conversation First
We start by listening. Your history, your symptoms, your goals, what you've tried, what hasn't worked. Nothing is off limits and nothing is "too small" to mention.
02 Whole-Body Physical Assessment
We look at how you move, breathe, and stabilize. Posture, core engagement, hip and back mobility, and pelvic floor function. External and internal assessment options are discussed and always consent-based.
03 Hands-On Treatment (From Day One)
We don't wait weeks to start treating. You'll receive manual therapy, soft tissue work, and targeted techniques in your very first session alongside your evaluation.
04 Your Plan, Your Goals
You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's going on, a personalized treatment plan, and home exercises to start building on right away.
Is This For You?
Pelvic Floor PT Might Be Right for You If...
You've been dealing with leaking, pain, or pressure and you've been told it's "just part of being a woman" or "normal after having kids."
You want to get back to running, lifting, CrossFit, or your sport but pelvic symptoms are holding you back.
You're pregnant or postpartum and want proactive, specialized care for your pelvic floor and core.
You've seen other providers for pelvic pain or dysfunction without lasting relief and you're ready for a different approach.
You experience pain during intercourse and want a provider who will actually address it with real treatment.
You want to understand your body better and work with someone who treats you as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
Setting the Record Straight
What Most People Get Wrong About Pelvic Floor Health
Myth
"Kegels fix everything."
Kegels address one dimension of pelvic floor function. Many people actually have an overactive (too tight) pelvic floor, where Kegels can make things worse. A proper assessment determines what your pelvic floor actually needs.
Myth
"Leaking after having a baby is just something you live with."
Common does not mean normal. Postpartum incontinence is treatable. With targeted pelvic floor rehab, most women see significant improvement or full resolution.
Myth
"Pelvic floor PT is only for women who've had children."
Pelvic floor dysfunction affects athletes, women who haven't had children, people with desk jobs, post-surgical patients, and anyone with chronic hip, back, or pelvic pain. This isn't limited to postpartum.
Myth
"It's going to be awkward and uncomfortable."
We understand this is vulnerable. Everything is explained before it happens, consent is ongoing throughout, and you are always in control. Most clients say they felt completely at ease by the end of their first visit.
